Energy Healing - Reiki
Reiki is a beautiful energy healing modality involving light touch, where one’s life force energy, known as ‘prana’ or ‘chi’, is activated in the 7 energy centers in the body, known as chakras. Stuck energy is released in various ways (ie. crying, exhaling, moving, etc) and the mind, body, and soul are awakened. Clients often report feeling lighter in body and mind in general. When energy is able to flow more freely through the body, the nervous system is able to naturally regulate and move out of the fight-flight-freeze-fawn response. When chakras are found to be either blocked, under-active, or over-active, chakra balancing techniques can be used to bring them back into balance.
Human Design
It is a system that reveals your emotional, psychological, and energetic blueprint, that is unique to only YOU. The information provides you with a heightened self-awareness and tools to align with your truest most authentic self.
